About Fábio Lago

My professional journey has always been connected to a central principle: transforming strategy into predictable, organized, and results-driven execution.

I hold degrees in Advertising and Finance, with a career built within multinational companies in the financial industry, working directly in strategy, management, communication, process optimization, and decision-making. This corporate experience taught me an essential lesson that I carry to this day: strong results are the outcome of planning, clarity, and control.

After establishing myself in the United States, I began working intensively within the American architecture and construction market, collaborating closely with architects, engineers, general contractors, construction companies, and homeowners. It was in this context that Hands On Arch was founded — a company created to support architects and builders with clear technical documentation, well-structured drawings, and solutions that truly work on site, always respecting codes, deadlines, and the realities of the field.

As the operation grew, a recurring pattern became evident.

Many technically sound projects were losing value during execution.

Not due to flaws in the design itself, but because of misalignment between planning and construction, fragmented communication, and decisions made without a comprehensive view of the process. It was precisely from this gap that Hands On Arch Construction was born.

HOA Construction emerged as a natural extension of Hands On Arch, bringing the same mindset applied to design into execution: organization, predictability, control, and accountability. Our focus is not simply to build, but to orchestrate the construction process, coordinating qualified partners and ensuring that what was planned is delivered with accuracy, quality, and efficiency.

My background in finance has become a key strategic advantage within the operation. I have a deep understanding of how budgets, schedules, risks, and operational decisions directly impact the final outcome of a project. This allows us to act objectively, avoiding waste, rework, and delays — common issues in the market, but unacceptable in our standards.

Today, leading HOA Construction, my role is clear: to connect strategy, design, and execution, serving as a trusted link between all parties involved. We work with specialized partners, well-defined processes, and a truly hands-on approach, staying close to both the job site and the client. Every project is treated with seriousness, transparency, and a genuine commitment to delivery.
